Designed by Mayoh Architects, the biophilic design principles such as natural shapes and forms, environmental features and restorative patterns, were at the heart of the design with use of natural materials and forms, natural light, and cross ventilation. Another notable design feature was the utilisation of low-maintenance and environmentally sensible materials.
